MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:
Managing overall clinic operations ensuring things run smoothly and effectively.
Managing resources through the development of operating and capital budgets, review of expenses.
WOLF experience, AHS billings and rejections knowledge is a must.
Leading people to cultivate an environment that inspires engagement, innovation, individual and team achievements and the provision of safe, quality care.
Recruiting new staff and providing mentorship with relevant feedback to team members through recognition and performance improvement to increase employee engagement and retention.
Acting as an advocate for patients and their families.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with medical staff and other internal and external partners.
Participating in planning of short and long term tactical clinical, operational service plans.
