I am a Family Physician with a diverse background in Family Medicine and Ophthalmology. I believe that good healthcare begins with listening, understanding, and building trust. My medical journey has taken me across Pakistan, Dubai, Glasgow, and Canada, allowing me to care for people from diverse backgrounds and across all stages of life.
I am passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care, with particular interests in Women's health and menopause, Children's health and Autism, Mental health, Rheumatology and chronic disease management, Obesity prevention and healthy lifestyle, common ophthalmology presentations including dry eyes management.
My years of community involvement, including working with individuals with autism and diverse communication needs, have taught me that every patient is unique. I strive to understand the person behind the illness and adapt care to their individual needs, values, and circumstances.
I believe healthcare works best when we work together. I encourage my patients to ask questions, share their concerns, and take an active role in decisions about their health.
